All about Rewards Certificates
When do I get my Rewards?
Rewards Certificates are issued online monthly within 30 days after the end of the month once a minimum of 3 dollars is earned.
Monthly balances less than 3 dollars roll over month to month within a calendar quarter. Balances less than 3 dollars expire at the end of the quarter and the account is reset to 0.
How can I get my Rewards?
You must have an online account to access your rewards. Please go to officedepot.com/rewards and click Log In to access or create your account in order to view or print your rewards certificate. You can also access your rewards certificate on your smartphone via our mobile website or the Office Depot OfficeMax app if you have an online account.
When do I get my Bonus Rewards?
Rewards earned from bonus rewards promotions are issued the next day after the transaction posts to the Member’s account. Bonus Rewards do not count towards the 3 dollar minimum requirement.
Do Rewards Certificates expire?
Reward certificates expire 60 days from the date of issuance.
